During our Sunday ride yesterday, took this for our friend Marty @cyclingday. This Sheraton hotel was also designed by the famous NorCal architect Julia Morgan, best known for her work on Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California. The Julia Morgan house is also here in Sacramento, CA.

Hotel Lindrum in Melbourne. Before its conversion into a hotel it was a multi level pool hall originally owned by Walter Lindrum. He was world billiards champion in 1933, 34 and held it until his retirement in 1950. I spent many nights with mates playing pool here in the late 80’s and 90’s.

Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Spotted this incredible brick arched chimney to the rear of a property backing onto St Peters churchyard in Wallingford.
Had to grab a quick photo.....
