Picked up the bride of Frankenstein today stebler girls,aftermarket rack?schwinn seat, mountain bike tires.has perry hubs,really not that bad for fifty

Looks like a CBC/Ross built bike, I've seen Ross bikes with the same shape badge. Also, Stelber and Chain Bike were (relatively) neighbors in NYC. Stelber was just an import co. that didn't build any bikes.
