This frame started life as a girl’s supreme frame and was converted back in the 90's probably by Rosa.
Its serial is # C89538 so this places it at the tail end of 37 through 38.
At this point, this frame can be built to be a 37 Supreme which it was restored to at one point, or you can make it a 38 4 Gill Supreme.
The forks are correct for a 38 with the holes present for the duel Delta Silver Rays set up.
However, the frame has the four holes tapped on the upper and lower bars for the 37 battery basket and the head tube badge holes have been filled. Either can be reversed to make this frame a 37 or 38........Your choice.
The glass tanks and extended chain guard can be purchased through Jim Frazier (JAFCO).

* 1938 Supreme fork, truss rods and related parts as pictured
* 37/38 peaked duck tail fenders
* 37/38 Boys bent cranks and sprocket
