Campus green Stingray guard

I have this campus green chain guard from a 1970 Stingray. Decent paint and screening I would like to get $65 shipped for this one.

I 2nd that nice guard but would you know if it's chrome under that green paint... Could you strip some green paint off so I could see. If it has chrome under the paint, I'll pay you $100.00 for it. Help me out Sir
