Thank you gentlemen! Always informative, that's for sure, thanks for the input. While this example is very rusty, crusty and somewhat bent, it still represents an era of prosperity. I can imagine it back in the day being made here by hand in the US.
I don't have any Schwinn's, so I guess that now I just may have one..
