Can anyone help identify these? Possibly bag supports?

These have been kicking around in my shop for years and I have never been positive of what they are. Anyone familiar with any of them?

I've seen the second one in a Schwinn catalog, that is a bag support for mounting off the rear seat I beleive.

a more sophisticated support is the decaleur

it holds bag firmly so it cannot flop about

That would make sense. I bet the two little tabs fit in the strap slots on the rear of the seat.

I have the first one on top photo on my Fuji. They fit on handle bars and hold a bag. I will take a pic tomorrow

Mine was gone from my bike. Not sure where it went but I found similar one on E Bay
