I've seen one like that for a early Iver Johnson and one similar for early Schwinn, fits on axle. Been looking for one like that for my 1914 Pope.

Iver Johnson. One of the hubs in the load of parts you posted the other day has the ears for it.

The one thing Im still confused about is The hardware was on 26" wheels . The Stand seems tall more like a 28" Stand . The place they came from they took everything apart . I mean everything in a lot of cases.
