its a post-war cleveland welding
no other mfr used this font for serial #'s, and the CW to the right was only used post-WWII

Wore out three sets of tires already!
Yes this would of had a 3 gill slim tank on it . year range would of been 1948 to 1953 Western flyer chain ring I think? w/ peak fenders, one of my favorite Cleveland welding frames ! most but not all sold thru m/ward stores ,as Roadmaster ,hawthorne, Hiawatha, western flyer for western auto stores.
