Can anyone ID this pedal? Bike brand application?

The block is 4" long. I see no makers marks. it is a left side.

This is a 1/2" axle pedal, aren't English pedals usually 9/16"

Teens motorbike - I have had a Miami with these pedals and I am fairly certain that is asbestos reinforced blocks. So wet it down with armor all.

The spindle is probably also square inside block.

Looked at the pedals on my Phillips, they are close to those @stingrayjoe has but not exactly the same.

I found marks on back plate "JAPAN"
