Yeah. Postwar CWC.

It's very similar to a 47 CWC I had. The amount of curve in the down tube puts it after the war. The dogleg crank, chain wheel, and handlebar stem is also the same as my 47. The fenders and chain guard, and seat may be added. The fender braces aren't curved and the fenders aren't as wrap around which is why I think they were added. The serial on the BB will ID the year of the bike.
