Can anyone ID this saddle (seat).

This seat came on a Hiawatha but I don't know if it belonged there. No name anywhere, I think the springs and crash bar have been rechromed, it's 12 × 9 . I snapped the bolt removing it. Any help would be great. Thanks

looks messinger, with a crash rail. Could be missing the inner pan, mine has a double pan.
