I've tried many searches and am coming up empty. Any help or insight appreciated.
First is a 3 speed freewheel. Marked "VIA SUNTOUR Japan BH (August 1977 date code) Metric 30 x 1.0 Maeda Industries Ltd."
What would the application be for this? Threading is odd (to me).
Second is maybe some kind of chain tensioner? The plastic spring cover is marked "SUNTOUR Maeda Industries Ltd. Japan". Note how the "arm" has several offsets, so the pulley wheels arenot directly inline with each other. The arm pivots/swings on the claw, and there are three spring tension adjusting holes in the claw. There's no place to attach a cable and it only pivots on the claw, it does not move inward or outward.
