Can anyone tell me what kind of light this is?

Just bought what I was told was a 1945 Schwinn and I thought the light on it was a delta rocket ray but when I picked up the bike, it was different

than any rocket ray light's I had seen before.
Can anyone give me any info on this light?

Delta stamps their Rocket Rays on the underside where it fits to the fender. If you haven’t taken it off the bike yet, maybe doing so might help your search. It’s not a Rocket Ray obviously, but has some lines similar to it.

I took it off the bike today and under the mounting "pad" between the mounting screws it say's.......wait for it,,,,,,,,, made in Japan!!!
Looks to have been all chrome before it was assaulted by a paint can. And it looks like it will probably work to, once I get the bulb out, which is goodunstuck.
