Your bike is an Elgin Moto-Balloon sold by Sears and supplied to them by the H.P. Snyder Manufacturing Company. Going by the Catalogs, Snyders were only sold by Sears during 1935 though the bike is little different than models also sold in 1934. The general prices these bikes in reasonable condition seem to be trading at in the hobby these days is somewhere between $150.00 and $300.00 dollars (more for examples with very good original paint). Your bike is substantially there and the stainless fenders are presentable so I would say about $250.00 is reasonable.
