Can someone help ID model and year of this Peugeot?

I don't have this yet. I just paid for it to be shipped to me. The head badge suggests around 1905.
Not sure what's correct on this, but I doubt there were flip/flop rear wheels in 1905?
Anyone know year, model or anything else about this?

Not sure, they contacted me under name Jane Maxwell. The PP name was different?
