Can this early Eclipse/Morrow be saved?

The race looks a little too scored to save. You should be able to fins another shell and transfer all of the good parts to it. But get new bearings.

I DID get another shell.

I was just curious as to why it doesn’t have a hole for oil like all the other morrow/eclipse hubs.
