Canadian size tire 26 x 1 3/4, 26 x 2

Hello,
I am looking for replacement tires for my CCM Red Bird. It has Dunlop 26 x 1 3/4 WC rims. It has old Royal Master tires on it now.

Any tire with a ISO bead seat diameter of 571 will fit. Kenda makes a ISO 35x571 but 52x571 is closer to the 26x2x1-3/4. Call around your local shops and give them those ISO numbers and Im sure they will be able to supply.

The problem is that most bike shops dont recognize the older sizes

Your right, it's the same diameter as 650C, this bike really needs tires that are fatter than 35s.

What year is your bike? I had a balloon model that was close in age to yours. I had the chaoyangs on mine

I have been told there is someone selling that size on ebay US. I think they are white walls also .

I'd really like to find some old Canadian tires, but, those imports will make it more ride-able while I keep searching.
