Cant figure out what this grip "is" ..tear dropped tip balloon era?

Ive had this grip for a while,and havent seen another like it..It is ribbed on top ,large size like mens/boys and may be NOS but hard.. Any thoughts anyone?Thanks!Jeff

I'll bite! You've posted the photo of the "grip" upside-down. And it's missing the battery cap.
