Carolina slim pickins and kickstand ID

Went down to South Carolina following two bike leads. One was a way serious collector and the other had some things for sale. Some of you may know the collector by his collection. I managed to buy a few things from the other guy. A lot of driving but I made a couple of bike friends. Not sure what I will do with the gems I scored. I recognize the kickstand but forgot what it goes on. Can someone ID it?

I was told the stand is from an Elgin. Both reflectors are Glass and very cool, thanks! PM me if your interested in the reflector(s) or any of it. The Bevin bell is a no. 30 Jet bicycle bell is/was NOS.
