I saved these pictures a while back, and after reading the "Help Identifying Schwinn Black Phantom" post it occurred to me that some other people might be interested. They're not mine, but I got permission from the owner, and they give a good look at a Centennial Phantom frame without the paint. Notice how the joints between the head tube and the frame tubes have a radius just like the old Chicago-built Schwinns, that's something no Taiwanese-built Schwinn has ever had.
I've heard these were built by Aerocycle Enterprises in Ontario California (part of greater Los Angeles), but I've never seen any documentation. About halfway down page 7 in the thread "Is it a real Schwinn Cruiser Deluxe 100th Anniversary Bike" @curtis odom says they were actually welded up at a place called Arc and Spark Welding, but that's the only reference to that company I've seen or heard of, but he does have a picture of some interesting frame parts:
And thanks to @Jeff54, who called my attention to these pictures in the first place.

Actually when it comes to the best repop non-black phantom you can't do better than the 96/97 Cruiser Deluxe. I'm not sure which exact date you've got but, I've never seen that type with fender light and steel stem, nor that color scheme for 1995 too. It might be a dealer up-grade though, And...
