centurion frame, handlebars are from motobecane of same era with brake levers. (Not in photo)
unfortunately the gearing is gone brakes assemblies, seat post are on other bike.
I would consider selling the brakes, assuming I can get another set.
Size 23” seat post, lower front triangle 24” top bar <21”
this is from Centurion website for this model, tange frame very small dent top bar paint is good.
