Possibly Garton based. The whitewalls date it to (mid?) 60's. Plastic axle end caps? All metal construction but plastic was starting to make inroads.
It would sell all day for much more that $40 in California. It is a very nice wagon!

Even though I couldn't find exact wagon ... I thought garton as well from the wheels .... But couldn't find the boxers decal shown on the side .... & agreed they would sell for way more than $40 where I'm located as well
