heres a pic of a french racer, builder bastide, similar fork crown and lugs, but i dont think yours is a bastide, any serial numbers and where are they

Thanks for the photo as those lugs look identical to the ones on my track bike. I'm afraid the frame was so rusty when I found it that finding an ID was a lost cause. Also there were no holes anywhere that might have held a badge of some sort. I know lugs could be purchased and then braised in your own tubes but the chain stays and forks would have to be purchased I would think.

I would try re-posting in the 'Antique pre-33' or the 'vintage lightweights' forums on here, you'll probably get a better response.
