Could be a scam, but it’s a cool bike. Looks like a 22” model 90 Road Racer. I’ve only seen one other nickel plated Iver before and that is in the @Handyman collection. Very interesting...

This was on eBay years ago. Same exact photos appeared on Craigslist a couple years later in a couple of different cities. Likely a scam.
