Classic American Flyer Help identifying

I just got this classic and I'm having trouble figuring out what year, etc...

I believe the "SE" was for Snyder Enterprises, makers of Rollfast, but they also built bikes for retailers to sell under their own badges, I'm not sure who sold the "American Flyer" bikes.

I'm not sure if there is information on decoding the serial number for these bikes. I'd guess it's probably early 1960's.

"E" serial is 1963 in this case.
