Cleaning red clay tires

Is there a relatively safe method for cleaning old red clay tires without damaging the red?

Maybe bleach-white for tires? (not just for white-walls)

Use John Deere ultraguard. Safe for use on the red. Here’s a link to an old thread about it’s use. On page two you can see how it revived an old weathered pair of chain tread whitewalls with red tread. I used a light coat of olive oil on stiff crusty ones takes warm room temp and several light coats over a couple weeks and they come back to life for display

So is the John Deere Ultra-guard a dual purpose cleaner and preservative; and can it also be used on not-so-old tires?
