Cleveland Dating

Can anyone help me pinpoint a year for my Cleveland. It is a model 29 and was made by Lozier.
Original paint and striping, original pedals with what I believe are original crude toe clips. Reversible handle bars.
Any ideas?

I have seen this bike before and I thought we decided that it was a 1898...or 97. One of those for sure. Just pack it up and send it to me and you won't have to worry about it

I would say your Cleveland Model 29 is 1897 at earliest.
