Cleveland welding Roadmaster barn find... Any idea of value?

I found this girls Cleveland welding Roadmaster bicycle in a barn, found a set of rims with it but not sure if correct.
Pretty solid, needs an OA bath.
Not a collector and am wondering what it's worth / opinions.

late model girls bike missing some parts. I'd say in the current condition 50 bucks. Not much value even if it were complete.

The serial numbers are on the bottom bracket.It is a ladies luxury liner.
I actually have one that I am in the process of restoring for my daughter.If you decided to part it out I would be interested in a few things.

60 bucks. 50 for the springer and 10 for the badge. Maybe... 5 for the reflector housing. Someone may want the top part of the rack and the horn unit, but it's all pretty toasty. The rest , including the tank, goes to the curb.

I will but I thought if he acquired it ... maybe he had intent on building it since it wasn't ever stated or even posted for sale or parts. Thanks for heads up for a faster response
