New screen printed/painted metal face, new lens and number dial looks NOS or restored. Bench tested and both the needle works and the number dial works. Including NOS extra fiber gear (fiber gear in drive cable has a tooth broken off) cable flex conduit has a small spread toward the bottom - common from use and does not affect anything. Nice chrome bezel but not perfect - some scratches, scuffs and small dings. Lots of pictures.
