This is a Clown/Bucking/Galloping/Silly Bike with eccentric wheels. It was a Schwinn Typhoon 24" converted to an eccentric wheel Clown/Bucking bike. Used was a longer fork, and extending the rear end to accommodate the extra wheel eccentric rotation. The original Schwinn painted wheels were repainted, hubs cleaned & lubricated. New stainless steel spokes were used with an inch and half offset used to give a total of 3" eccentricity. A larger rear fender replaced the original for more clearance. Frame and fenders repainted. A smaller front chain sprocket used to make the pedaling easier. A shorter crank was installed to allow for clearance to the ground. Original handlebar, seat and kick stand retained.
