Found this bike this morning. You guys know what year and what it’s worth??

Check for a serial number on the bottom bracket crank hanger; a letter for the month and then a number for the year, or similar.
(Some youths bicycles might not have had serial numbers?)
Could be about 1940?

2H — August; 1942, or 1952?

I have also seen an H0 Cruiser which I had thought was August 1940; maybe I have it backwards; (sorry for any confusion).
