Colson 20" tank bike

My 20" colson tank bicycle , has a serial number 3C3092 does anyone know what year it may be?

Thinking it's 50-52. Here's a pic of a similar 20" bike from the Colson book. Unfortunately it skips from 1950-53, but I figure this particular bike falls between those years.
