Colson Bicycle

I have a chance to buy this Colson bicycle. I really know very little about these bikes as I'm really only into the Iver Johnson's. Is it worth picking up? What might be a fair price to pay for it? (providing it has some collector interest.) Pete in Fitchburg

Colson does have a big following but this one is missing/incorrect parts and repainted. Good pieces on it like the teardrop pedals and the bones are good to make a rider, but it doesn't have the original collectors appeal. Can't go wrong for 100$ or so though.
