Colson Slat Rack Help

Recently acquired this rack (perfect paint match) and missing bracket to connect to seat tube. I have seen a couple variations but wonder if the bracket is model or year specific. Either way, I am on the hunt for the red example. Cheers

I don't believe I've ever seen that second one. Looks homemade to me. It should lay on the seatstays with a plate behind it that sandwiches the stays.

The second one may very well be hand made. Acquired from a very crafty person.
The one you describe almost has a "U" shape to it. Knowing what I know now, I need two, but one will do.

I'm used to 37's which lay on the stays. I forgot they attach to the seatpost clamp as shown beginning in '38. I might have one of those lying around.....somewhere.

You can kinda see how it attaches on my '37. Sorry, no closer pics.
