Columbia Compax joint cover tube/clamp

I need a miracle. I'm missing the tube/clamp that covers the joint where the two halves come together on my 1947 Columbia Compax. See picture. Thanks

Need the thumb screw type clamp shown on the blue bike for my bike pictured below it in pea soup green. Haha

Thanks. It is probably more of a teal or pastel-ish. Here's a pic of the bike. Could use the rear fender too. Otherwise decent shape for a '47. Not rideable without a clamp.
