Columbia Hi-Way Patrol

Thank you for accepting me as a new member.
If anyone could possibly help me with a positive ID, I would greatly appreciate it.
I'm having a heck of a time.
I'm guessing it's a 1950 Columbia/Goodyear Hi-Way Patrol, at least that's what the head badge says.
All original except the seat?

according to the S/N I'm told that this is a 1967 Columbia. I also found supporting evidence on Vintageamericanbicycles.com which looks to be true. Would anyone possibly be able to verify? Not that it makes any difference, I seemed to believe this was a 1950. Greatly appreciate the input. Have a great weekend.
