Columbia or Westfield/ Elgin chain guard

Hello, Kindly note: Any offer is plus $15 Shipping in the USA. This is a pre war Columbia and Early Elgin chain guard. There’s no mounting bracket. This was used on 26” bikes and maybe 28” I believe ? I’m not sure what size bike this was on? Please see the measurements before making a offer.
