You have a Westfield chain guard but your chain ring is Schwinn or "Mead".

Yes, looks like a Schwinn chain ring to me. I wonder what circumstances led to that conversion.

I was just pointing out that the guard will fit.

My Mead Ranger has a Westfield guard. That's the way it was found. Mead bought bikes and parts from Schwinn and Westfield.

Thanks John, I noticed the chain ring and guard match. That is a big help as well as the detailed photos. From what I read, parts swapping
is not a rarity.
