I carefully scraped the paint off the bottom of the letter and looks like F. In my eyes it looked like E before scraping the paint off.

OK, thanks for clearing that up (-:. And again, sorry for the confusion (I'm answering your pm at the moment).

Starting again....

F107016 G11.

G11 says the frame was made in November 1940.

F107016 was built up into a bicycle around June 1941. You can see below from the ones I have recorded that some June 1941 H6 frames have lower derial numbers than yours, so it must have been built June 1941 or a little later

Also found a 51 stamped on the left rear dropout ear. Any idea what the stamped 51 means?

Oh gosh you are right. Looks like a 2 and a 1 stamped under it on the top of the dropout?
