Cleaned and greased this unit. On the test ride it would run very smooth and nice in one gear or the other. It would click in one gear or the other depending on how I had the cable adjusted. I'm guessing it's how I had the cable adjustment since it can run smooth in either gear.
Very clean shifter lever and pulley set. Pulley bolt and wheel are NOS.
The only notable thing is that the barrel adjuster was starting to splay open on the seam. I closed the small gap and put a tiny tack just to make sure it stays. I've had this on and off the actuator a dozen times just fine with the tack there. Actuator is a repop.
Note: in the last 2 pictures of the dismantled assembly, the regular hub internals and dust cover are not included in the purchase. Just the 2 speed components seen in the prior pictures.
