Is it possible to convert a 700c coaster rear wheel with a skiptooth rear cog for skiptooth chain.

Yes. Just figure out what style of cog you have on the hub. And then order the same kind of skiptooth cog. Usually on ebay.

Also Shimano. Has 3 equidistant splines. I’ve done this on 2 Shimano hubs-3 speed and 5 speed Nexus. Depending on if you’re going up or down in ratio you might need to shorten/lengthen chain
