The EAT MY DUST looks to have been mounted. The other 2 look to be NOS. None have any visible damage. Some light aging wear mostly on edges. Plastic reflectors are very nice.
They each measure 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" without bracket. Painted steel with plastic sheet reflector. Painted graphics.
The EAT MY DUST is stamped SNOW CRAGGS, CHICAGO. Probably made all 3. They made many different sayings on these things. Great to display!
