Correct frame for 20" boys Hopalong bike cheap!!

I have a 20 inch frame I bought 10 years ago to make a boys 20 inch hoppy. It was a standard cruser but is the exact frame as the hopalong bike. All I have is the frame with a stuck seat post(youll have to get it out) and the fenders as well as the chainring. No other parts. $60 shipped to CONUS . The bike made into a hoppy is a dream bike for any collector. Paypal only.
