Correct Seat Post Bolt for Shelby Hiawatha Arrow

I would like to buy one of these, if it is rusty that is fine. Also could someone please post what a correct one looks like.

This bolt & shouldered nut is on a 35ish bike. It is "keyed". The other late 30's & early 40's Shelby bikes I have also have similar bolt/nuts on them, even with your seat collar. Is yours keyed? Not sure when Shelby went to the hexagon-6 head instead of pan head. Surely someone knows for sure.
