Brian

Finally riding a big boys bike
I have this springer and was told that it would be a correct style for a 1950 Hawthorne (Snyder) bike that I have as a project. I have read that Snyder did not manufacture their own springers at this era and used CWC.
I may be totally misinformed but have a lot of faith in most members opinions.
Hoping for some replies and possible trades if this one I have is incorrect. Thanks

Snyder didn't use this springer. It is correct for a 1950 CWC bike. Snyder used their own springers. They did use CWC springers for a year or two on prewar bikes around 1940.

Thanks can you send a pic of which would be correct?
