Could I take the fenders from a vintage 24' JC Higgins Womens bike for use them on a 26" JC Higgins Mans bike? Is there a size difference in the fenders or are they universal?

What about the forks as well?

Any help is appreciated.

Won't work.....there is a difference. There is also a difference between 26" balloon and 26" middleweight fenders and frames although sometimes you can squeeze balloon tires in them but it is tight. Your bike appears to be a balloon tire bike so you need 26" balloon fenders for it.
