Maybe Fauber in some earlier years by Great Western; this one from a notched & threaded BB, (OPC context).

Extra-fine thread (28?) on drive side; fine 24tpi on left; (with reduced diameters?).
But maybe Excelsior could have used Fauber too, if they did not make their own.
