Crank identification help

Hey guys, any clue what this crank is off of? I would love to find the matching chainring to it and all the hardware for it. Races, bearings, nuts, etc. NFS at this time. Bought off Ebay a good 15+ years ago and have been hoping to find the chainring.

I forgot to add,...... the screw holes are 3.5" center to center on the 4 holes to attach the chainring to the crank.

I wonder if regular 24-tpi bearing cones would fit or might the shaft threads be oversized?

A member once referred to an OPC as having a “pseudo spider” on thread discussing D&J.

That is not a d&j. Maybe dayton but there were other companies that used a similar crank.
