That frame....can't say for sure, but.....try searching "sears" or "elgin" king....many similarities to my elgin king. I think ca.1895

The other few threads about Thomas Hay and Van Burton Willits’ Outing bicycles did not show that same peculiar sprocket.

I have a ladies frame that is kind-of-similar in areas; the seat post cluster and the two small ports (oil?) at the bottom bracket crank hanger.
Someone placed a Hibbard Spencer Bartlett (HSB) badge on it, (so now it has 3 badge holes).

It came to me with a plain-Jane sprocket, (unlike the original post).
