On Training Wheels
I have a Crescent # 1 shaft drive. It's been in the family since the 1920s. I used to ride it around the neighborhood in the 50s. I restored it about 35 years ago.. It has wood wheels, original badge and the tires don't hold air any more. Are

any bike people even interested in something like this. I'm thinking about selling it.

Hi @d.conrad , and Welcome.

Certainly people here are interested in bikes like this.

Me, for a start (-:

I've never had an early shaft drive bicycle, and would like to give one a try.

They are old, unusual, and yours looks very nice. There will always be discussions about whether to restore or not to restore, but it looks like you did a good job of it.

The CABE has a very good 'For Sale' section if you have a price in mind, and it's useful for researching prices too.

You may also get to know a little more about it by posting in the pre 1933 section.

Best of Luck, whatever you decide to do.

Best Regards,

Adrian
